Welcome. I’m so glad you’re here.
If you’ve found your way to this program, it likely means you know—or strongly suspect—that your symptoms are connected to your brain and nervous system. That’s exactly what we’ll be working with here. I’ll walk you through the science of neuroplasticity, nervous system regulation, and brain retraining—and give you the tools to start creating real change.
This course is broken into three parts:
- Understanding your brain and body — how symptoms are created, and how they can be unlearned.
- Building your personal recovery toolkit — customizable strategies to regulate your nervous system and respond to symptoms.
- Safely expanding activity — learning how to start doing more, without fear or backlash.
You’ll also find lessons on working with your doctor, exploring possible root causes, and navigating emotions and patterns that may be contributing to a chronic threat state in your system.
One of the most powerful parts of this program is the weekly support calls. These are live group calls hosted by me and other trained coaches who have lived this experience and fully recovered. It’s a space to get questions answered, share wins, get support if you’re feeling stuck, and connect with others who truly get it.
Here’s how it works:
- You’ll get an email every week with the schedule, the link to join, and info on who’s hosting.
- You can join one call a week or all of them—whatever feels right for you.
- Can’t make it live? No problem. Replays are sent out each week to all participants.
- You can show up with your camera on or off, speak or stay quiet, join late or leave early. There’s no pressure—just support.
I know from personal experience and from hearing thousands of stories: healing happens faster in community. Something truly special unfolds on these calls—insights click, hope returns, and people form real, supportive friendships that continue outside the program.
You’ll also see a comments section under each lesson. Feel free to ask questions, share reflections, or connect with others there as well. I pop in when I can to respond, and it’s another great way to stay engaged and supported.
Lastly, you’ll notice that this course is always evolving. I regularly update the lessons as the science changes or new insights emerge. Any new or updated content will be labeled so you can easily spot it.
This is not a rigid protocol. It’s a flexible, empowering framework—and you get to make it your own. You don’t have to believe in it fully yet. You can borrow my belief until yours grows. I’m just so glad you’re here, and I’m honored to walk alongside you.
